Depending on the mobile operator the Config Parameters Operator and (LTE) Band can be set for Lobaro NB-IoT and LTE-M devices. Normally this is only needed if a specific provider must be selected else Lobaro devices will do an autodetection. The APN should always be configured correctly.
Operator codes are 5 digit codes that indicate country and operator. The band defines the frequency range of the operator.
