Self Checks

When the devices does not work as expexted try the following steps:

  • Check the Firmware, perform an update.
  • Check logs for:
    • Device Startup works
  • Check Battery voltage (e.g. in Device Logs)
  • Check the configuration paramters related to connectivity:
    • WAN, Host, SIM-Settings like APN, Operator, etc.
  • Check your SIM COnnectivity with your provider
